MAC proudly hosted its first annual Barbecue Fundraiser on Saturday, June 13, on the campus of John Muir High School. The event was held to raise funds in support of the school's athletic programs and exceeded expectations with an outstanding show of community support.

Supporters from throughout the city came together to support John Muir athletics and help ensure continued opportunities for student-athletes. The fundraiser attracted a large crowd of families, alumni, community leaders, and local residents who enjoyed great food while contributing to a worthy cause.

More than 288 barbecue dinners were sold during the event, helping to generate valuable funding for the athletic department. The strong turnout and enthusiastic participation made the fundraiser a tremendous success and demonstrated the community's commitment to supporting John Muir High School student-athletes.

"The response from the community was incredible," said representatives of the John Muir Athletic Council. "We are grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, and contributed to making this event such a success. Their support will have a positive impact on our athletic programs and student-athletes."
